If you arrive at the studio at the time of the scheduled start of the class, you will not be able to get in and your code will not work. This is to ensure that everyone in the class can concentrate and get the most out of their class without disruptions. Please do not try to get the instructors attention to manually open the door.

Unfortunately, no. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for group classes and a 24-hour cancellation policy for one-to-one classes. If you can’t make your class, please cancel on the app or let us know at least 12 hours ahead (for group classes) or 24-hours ahead (for one-to-one classes) or you will lose that session.

We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, but we need to be fair to all clients and instructors.

As there is not an infinite number of reformers in a class, our classes can get fully booked. We recommend adding yourself to the waitlist for that class by booking yourself into the class as you would normally. Once you add yourself to a waitlist, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your request. When a place becomes available in the class you will be notified via text or email and given 2 hours to confirm your space using the link that is sent. If you do not respond within the two-hour window, you will be removed from the waitlist and the place will be offered to the next person down. If you confirm your place, you’ll receive another notification confirming your place.

Everyone of all ages and abilities are welcome in our reformer Pilates classes. With small group classes, our Pilates teachers can modify exercises to accommodate everyone’s ability, allowing you to work at your own pace. We recommend joining our foundation classes if you need a bit more help.

Clothing which is easy to move in is a great start. If these are slightly looser please be mindful when you are on the reformer that they do not get stuck in the carriage. We recommend leggings or shorts and either a t-shirt or workout top. Socks are a must for hygiene reasons and these can be grippy or normal sports socks.
