Tal

Senior Pilates Instructor

Tal is a Reformer Pilates instructor who’s all about helping people move with intention and feel truly connected to their body. Her classes focus on building strength and mobility in a way that feels good.

Tal fell in love with Pilates for how it transformed both her body and mind, and that passion comes through in every session. Her teaching style is grounded in mindful movement, with plenty of focus on alignment, body awareness, and doing things properly (because that’s where the magic happens!)

Expect a slow, satisfying burn – the kind that leaves you feeling strong, challenged and more balanced.

Pilates Specialist

Hi, I’m Saffron, a reformer Pilates instructor with a lifelong love of movement. I first discovered Pilates while recovering from an injury and it completely changed the way I connected with my body. It gave me confidence, strength, and a deeper understanding of how I move and I’ve been passionate about it ever since.

In my classes, I focus on encouragement, empowerment, and helping people feel good in their own bodies. I truly believe that Pilates is for everybody, and I love creating a space where people can move freely, build confidence, and feel supported every step of the way.

I am a veteran Pilates Teacher, NYC style Classical
and Contemporary, Mat and Reformer Pilates, and Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Personal Trainer, Feldenkrais Method Awareness Through Movement Practitioner and Nutritional Coach and Success Coach and Author of two books on Pilates and Yoga.

I enjoy teaching people of all ages and all levels, from Mums and Babies, Stressed Professionals, Families, Kids, Professional Athletes, Performers, De-Motivated Strugglers, Very Motivated Achievers, Injured people of all ages, Seniors, Post-Surgery Recovery and anyone that is exploring their health and
wants my guidance.
